Equipment/Supplies Needed: Punch Balloon (Large) Take the elastic off (Any Balloon’s should work)
Activity/Treatment Objective or Expected Outcome: Socialization, Laughter, Hand/eye coordination
Description of the Activity: In a large area or at a table (With everyone seated around it) have all participants in a circle. Then throw the balloon in the air or on the table and tell them the object is to not let the balloon hit the ground or go off the table.
This activity is great as a quick anytime activity. It can also be adjusted so there is more than one balloon per group playing. This is good for any age and ability level.
